-HOW SHOULD I WASH MY LEGGINGS?

We always recommend washing your leggings on delicate with cold water. Hand dry them afterwards to prevent potential pilling. Try to avoid washing them with clothing items that may contain zippers or any sharp object that can cause the material to tear.

-MY PURCHASE DOEN'T FIT, CAN I RETURN IT?

-I PLACED AN ORDER BUT NEVER RECIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you do not receive an email from us within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder or junk. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. If so, just email us and you will be resent your confirmation with tracking.

-I ENTERED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS!?

Unfortunately we will not be able to make any amendments to your address after your order has been made and shipped, if you notice right away before your order is shipped it can be changed. Please double check your address when completing your order. Your item will be delivered to the address you enter and you will be responsible for retrieving the order.

-CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

 Unfortunately we will not be able to make any amendments to your order after your order has been made and shipped. Please double check the items when completing your order. If your package has already been shipped you will have to wait until you receive it and return it. We also will not be able to cover the cost of return shipping so please make sure you are aware and sure of what you are ordering.

-WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

If you believe your item may have been sent to you damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately with the following information:

       - Your order number

       - A clear photo of the damage/defect

       - A full length photo of the image

       - A photo of the attached YUYII logo and label

If you're reaching out about potential damage/defects in your item(s) after 30 days from your purchase date, the item(s) will be considered “wear and tear” and will not be eligible for evaluation.

-WHAT IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently: 

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did receive
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • A picture of the incorrect item

 

-MY CARD KEEPS GETTING DECLINED?

 In most cases, if your card is declined it is due to your bank rejecting the payment. This is because they may not recognize the influencer's domain. Try using a new card or ring your bank to tell them that you are making the transaction and then try again.

-I RECEIVED A REFUND / WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?!

There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:

  • The item(s) sold out.
  • There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s).
  • We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.
  • If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.

Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. If your order is cancelled and you used an E-Gift Card to purchase, please reuse the E-Gift Card on your next purchase.

Unfortunately, Yuyii Collection is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact Canada Post or post office or check for a slip for package. If your package is lost, stolen or missing we can open a case for you to investigate.
